Precision Tune-up & Professional Cleaning
Our Precision Tune-up & Professional Cleaning (PTPC) is a full service cleaning and comprehensive check for your home comfort system.

Evap-fresh Evaporator Coil Cleaner
We use this product on your indoor coil as a one-step, hospital-use germicidal disinfectant cleaner and deodorant designed for general cleaning, disinfecting, and controlling non-pathogenic mold and mildew on hard, non-porous inanimate surfaces.
Foaming Condenser Cleaner
To properly clean the outside coil we use a foaming product to pull deeply embedded dirt and debris from the depths of the coil to bring your system back to operating as efficient as possible.
Test Electrical Components
We test all electrical components and connections, including capacitors, relays, safety switches, motors, control boards, and more. A significant amount of system failures are caused by electrical issue and our goal is to catch them before they create problems.
Test Refrigerant Level (cooling season)
The refrigerant cycle is the core of air conditioning and if you refrigerant level is not perfect, you are losing cooling capacity and efficiency. And if your system has a low refrigerant level, you likely have a leak that we will locate and address to prevent future problems.
Airflow Testing
Proper airflow is key to an efficient comfort system. Without the correct amount of air performance suffers, both in operating efficiency and capacity.
Test Heat Operation (heating season)
Whether your heating system is a heat pump, a furnace, or electric heat it is important for it to be operating at full capacity and efficiency. For gas systems we perform a combustion analysis to dial in perfect operation. Regardless of the type of heat, we test and inspect all of the components to ensure everything is running safe and sound.
Humidifiers, Air Cleaners, & More
If you have system accessories, such as a humidifier, dehumidifier, air cleaner, UV light or other components we will certainly take care of those as well.
Safety & Efficiency Agreement
Our annual comfort system service preventative maintenance program to keep your system performing at its peak, year round.

Two Precision Tune-ups & Professional Cleanings
We visit your home twice a year, once for cooling, then for heating to perform all of the tests and cleaning included in a precision tune-up & professional cleaning.
15% Discount on Repairs
If your comfort system requires repairs during a tune-up or anytime during the year you will receive 15% off of the repairs.
Priority Scheduling
If your heating or cooling stops working you want to get it fixed as quick as possible and with a Safety & Efficiency Agreement you get moved up the list to get serviced faster. This is especially important during peak times.
Comfort System Replacement Discount
If you decide to replace your comfort system, you will receive 3% off of the entire system investment.
