You might be thinking that $1,970 is a strange number to offer in rebates and we would agree.  The reason for the odd number is that it reflects the combined rebates from the American Standard Comfort Plus program of up to $1,250 and the Ameren Missouri CoolSavers® rebates of up to $720 for qualifying comfort systems.

The American Standard Comfort Plus rebates are instant rebates that vary from $400 to $1,250 depending on which system is selected.   These rebates often lower the price of high efficiency systems (rated 15-16 SEER) to at or below the price of a minimum efficiency (13 SEER).  And the large rebates the ultra efficient systems (17-20 SEER) make their energy efficiency and increased comfort that much more attractive.

If you are an Ameren Missouri residential customer you qualify for their CoolSavers® program.  This program rewards homeowners for investing in above standard efficiency air conditioners and heat pumps.  They will also give you a larger rebate if you improve an electric heat only system to one that includes a heat pump.  The total amount of rebates available through CoolSavers® is up to $720 per system however these rebates are not instant.  We submit the rebate application for you and you can typically expect your rebate within 6-8 weeks from the date of installation.
